Lagos realtors affirm trust for Seven30’s ‘Green Acres’ in Epe, says developer Fapohunda

FapohundaIn a bid to meet up the demand for housing allocation in Lagos State, the founder of Seven30 real estate firm, Oluwole Fapohunda has affirmed interest in estate brokers’ interest in the company’s fast-selling estate with an eco-friendly environment — Green Acres — situated in the evolving Epe community.

Speaking during the launch of the project, Fapohunda said, “This is one of the fast-selling estates that my company has ever invested in. I’m still in awe of the compliments coming from several Lagos realtors that visited the site of the project. It can only be excellence speaking for itself.

“When I first conceived the idea to establish this project. This outgrowth wasn’t my expectation, in fact, having to choose this kind of site for the project is something that was well thought of. It was owing to the choice of Gen-Z and millennials. Having to put myself in their shoes knowing full well that we subscribe to less stressful things.

He further reiterated that his company is launching another product after selling out the prelaunch units emphasizing that the rush to get the estate is making it sell out in just a short period.

While fielding questions on what Green Acres have differently from other projects offered by other real estate companies, Fapohunda asserted, “Our company is client-centric and that is why we have made Green Acres a free-for-all allocation, it is coming with free documentation; that’s the discount we are giving on it. It will last as long as the product is on sale and will close by November.

The real estate developer also urged prospective clients to tap into the pool of opportunities the project will offer.
