Ma Fadeni died at the age of 95 years.
Dr Fadeni disclosed that his mother transited unto glory on Friday, September 20, 2024.
A woman loved by all for her compassion and charity works, Chief Mrs Fadeni lived a life of fulfilment and died at a ripe old age in the presence of her children, grandchildren and family members.
The family said concerning its matriarch, “She will be remembered for her warmth and kindness which touched the lives of many.”
In a statement mourning the loss, Mr Indranil Gupta, the GMD/CEO of NAHCO Plc, described Chief Mrs Alice’s passing as an irreplaceable loss.
“Our thoughts are with our Chairman and his entire family at this time. We acknowledge and indeed admire the great support and important impact Mama made in the life of our Chairman, Dr. Seinde Oladapo Fadeni. May Mama’s soul find rest with her maker,” Gupta said.
Chief Mrs Fadeni, who is survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives, would be laid to rest on a date to be announced by the family.
