The Berom Youth Moulders-Association (BYM) said that it has received the report of another fatal attack on a Berom native in Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State.

According to information available to the Association, Mr. Mangai Musa, 43 years old, from Wereng-Rim community in Riyom LGA, was shot dead by Armed Fulani Terrorists from the Fulani Settlement at Bangai in the night of Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

BYM National Publicity Secretary, Rwang Tengwong, yesterday said the circumstances surrounding the attack are still being gathered, while local residents have described the incident as another disturbing addition to the recurring attacks on innocent people in the area.
