A 22-year-old man, identified as Daniel, has been arrested in Agbor, Delta State, for allegedly stabbing a sex worker to death in a brothel located on the Benin/Asaba Expressway.
The incident occurred yesterday following a payment dispute. According to sources, Daniel, a regular customer at the brothel, refused to pay the agreed fee, claiming he did not achieve climax during their encounter.

The sex worker insisted on full payment, stating that the act had been performed regardless of his satisfaction.
An argument ensued, during which Daniel allegedly grabbed a knife and stabbed the woman.
Residents alerted the police, who arrived to find the victim in a pool of blood and the suspect facing the wrath of an angry mob.
The victim, whose identity remains unknown, was rushed to hospital but sadly died before receiving treatment.
A senior police officer at the Agbor Division confirmed the arrest, stating that officers were dispatched to the scene following a distress call.
He added that the mob nearly lynched the suspect before the police intervened.
Delta State Police Command spokesperson Bright Edafe said he had not yet received a report on the incident from the Agbor Division.
