A Digital Incubation Hub, Wifi Combat Academy has pledged to help bridge the gap in preparing children for the 21st century workforce in Educational Technology Solutions to Institutions, schools, and the Government at the third cycle Teen Techpreneurship.

At the second cycle of the Teen Techpreneurship Programme, Founder of Wificombat Academy, Mrs. Dele Tejuoso said African continent, spearheaded by a young generation with solution-mind-sets, launching edgy start-ups and increasingly using tech skills to tackle some of the continent’s most intractable challenges, such as quality health and education for all.

For the third teen techpreneurship, Tejuoso noted that the workshop is an empowerment programme for teens and youths to learn how to collaborate and launch creative tech business ventures.

“We have held several start-ups workshops for the few years addressing the gap. The goal is to get teens & youths across Nigeria to be more interested in technology and tech tart-ups, to make a difference, who will lead productive, fruitful and purposeful enterprises.

“We will be holding the third cycle Teen Techpreneurship Workshop 2023 -Block Chain as an Innovation Driver for the Digital Economy, next year in April in partnership with the American Corner,” Tejuoso said.

She noted that the training will be hybrid were 200 youths from across Nigeria in secondary schools and post-secondary students, undergraduates (Year1&2) across Nigeria will participate in the programme,

The four-day workshop will hold at American Corner which will be supervised by both the director of American Corner, Mrs. Stephanie Adesanya and the Founder of Wificombat Academy, Mrs. Dele Tejuoso, Also, we will be hosting students online.Various topics on Entrepreneurship, Business model, problem solving, brainstorming the idea and about how to pitch problem will be covered”. She said.

As part of involving industry leaders in both the Blockchain Industry, Agriculture, Health, Edutech and Fintech. Students will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas.Students will have the opportunity to network with industry leaders, they will have the opportunity to attend the post program event on training them on Blockchain and they will have the opportunity to build there apps through our support and. mentorship programme.
