Supreme Leader of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS), Olumba Olumba Obu, has warned political leaders in world, particularly Nigeria, to be mindful of their actions as the wrath of God is near.

He declared that the era of wickedness would come to an end at the end of an ongoing event, tagged “The Divine Numbering of the Elect,” which grand finale would hold on Sunday, April 9 at the U.J. Esuene Stadium in Calabar.

Obu, who spoke through his spokesman, Patriarch Christ Shepherd, Amah Williams, gave the warning, yesterday, during a press conference at Starcross TV Conference Hall in Calabar South Council of Cross River State.

He disclosed that the event, which was unveiled since January 1, 2023, is not a jamboree or ordinary religious gathering.

He said: “The King of kings and Lord of lords, through this press conference, is calling on all political leaders at all levels of governance in Nigeria to be mindful of their actions.

“Nigeria is the physical abode of God and a nation after God’s heart. Therefore, all those fanning the embers of disunity, violence and those who perpetrate corruption should know that the wrath of God shall soon come upon them.”

“The tears and sufferings of ordinary citizens has risen to the throne of God and no more shall God allow thieves and rubbers swindle the collective wealth of this nation.”

He described Brotherhood of the Cross and Star as the ideal instrument for mankind to regain spiritual, moral and social freedom as people created to serve God’s purpose.

He said thousands have arrived in Calabar from all over the world had already arrived Calabar for the event, saying the consequences of gathering on the residents and economy of Calabar cannot be overemphasized.
