Okorocha’s daughter drags Ihedioha, others to court over invasion of property
First daughter of the immediate past governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, Mrs. Uloma Nwosu and two others, have dragged the Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha, Imo State Commissioner of Police and four others before a Federal High Court, over the invasion of her shopping complex, the House of Freeda Limited, by members of the Committee on Recovery of Government Property.
Also, respondents in the Suit No FHC/OW /CS/92/2019 are the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Ndukwe Nnawuchi, Chairman of the Committee, Jasper Ndubuaku, Kenneth Anaeme, and Christian Obiano.
The suit also sought the award of “N5 bn as exemplary damages against the respondents for forcibly invading the premises of the first applicant known as and called House of Freeda.”
