Okotete praises First Lady Tinubu’s leadership style

Former National Women Leader and Executive Director of Business Development at the Nigeria Export-Import Bank (NEXIM), Stella Okotete, has described Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, as the “Mother of the Nation” for her dedicated support and mentorship of Nigerian women, children, and vulnerable groups.
In a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja, Okotete reflected on Senator Tinubu’s recent two-day working visit to Delta State, stressing her impact on the community. She noted that the First Lady exemplifies leadership through service and kindness, highlighting Tinubu’s commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of Nigerians.
“Senator Oluremi Tinubu is more than a leader; she is a mother to the nation, a beacon of empathy, love, and generosity,” she stated.
Okotete praised the First Lady’s ongoing efforts to support the less privileged and her advocacy for women’s and children’s rights.
She noted Tinubu’s extensive legacy of service, which began during her tenure as the First Lady of Lagos State and continued through her time in the Nigerian Senate.
