Osinbajo heads new presidential business council
Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Okechukwu Enelamah, has reiterated Federal Government’s commitment towards rapidly improving Nigeria’s ease of doing business rating, even as he disclosed Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will head the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC).
At the International Conference on Entrepreneurship, organised by Beta Sigma Fraternity, yesterday, in Abuja, the Minister said the council would work closely with other government agencies, to identify obstacles to doing business in Nigeria.
He described the council as an initiative of President Muhammadu Buhari who, recently, had given directive for its launch, adding that more details on the council and its activities would soon be made public.
