The Lagos State Government, through its consultants, MOA Planners, has presented to stakeholders the draft final report of the ongoing preparation of Sangotedo Development Guide Plans.

The state government assured that the plan would serve as a guide for the overall development of villages, address their infrastructural needs and contain development pressures.

The state’s Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Idris Salako, who disclosed this at the stakeholders’ meeting held in the community, at the weekend, said that Sangotedo was one of the two excised villages in Eti-Osa Local Council Development Area to have benefited from the initiative.

Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Abiola Kosegbe, while soliciting the co-operation of members of the community for unhindered execution of the remaining stages of the plan, urged them to take advantage of the opportunity to renew their community.
