Two police officers have been shot dead by gunmen in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Two police officers have been shot dead by gunmen in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Also, one of the hoodlums died during the Sunday night’s gun battle at a popular nightclub along Woji Road in the capital.
It was gathered that the gunmen stormed the facility in search of someone when they ran into the cops that were providing cover to the place.
The Police Public Relations Officer for the state command, Nnamdi Omoni, confirmed the incident.
He added that other injured officers were receiving treatment while his men recovered two of their rifles from the thugs.
