“Based on the recent procurement saga in the state, i would like to call on the Leadership of the Lagos State House of Assembly to probe the Procurement Agency as the issue is disturbing and uncalled for.
“This is because if such is not timely done Nigeria as a country will get a bad image as other countries of the world are patiently looking for the next line of action.
“In fact, the so-called investors we are trying to woo both in Lagos as a state and Nigeria as a country will be discouraged and disenchanted and Nigeria seen as lawless without accountability and transparency. So, who wants to do business with that kind of person or entity.
“This action is expected and incumbent upon the Legislative arm of government as this justifies the existentiality of seperation of powers and consequently checks and balances.” She said.
Meanwhile, The Politician stated that no penny of tax payers money should be used for selfish reasons.
