A statement by Assistant Route Commander, Mr Martins Chime described the new sector commander as a seasoned officer with a positive track record in his service for the FRSC.
Umoh, who replaced Corp Commander Christopher Kuje, who is currently serving at the FRSC National Headquarters in Abuja, promised to ensure prompt response to accident as well as free traffic flow in the state.

Umo was also quoted as saying he would promote a robust public enlightenment and training for officers of the command.
He pledged to collaborate with stakeholders as part of efforts to enhance the visibility of the command.
