Today, Rotary International begins one-week activities to mark the world polio day which comes up on October 24, 2018 to create awareness and raise funds to end polio in Nigeria with para-soccer football match at Row Park, Yaba at 1.00 p.m. this afternoon.

According to the Chairman, Nigeria National Polio Plus Committee, Dr. Tunji Funsho and the District Governor, Rotary International, District 9110 comprising Lagos and Ogun States, Rotarian Kola Sodipo, other activities include professional cyclists on Monday, October 22, 2018 taking off from Ijebu-Ode to Shagamu.
