Kolawole Kayode Shaw, a retired Colonel has been awarded a honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration by EuroKnowlege Institute, London, United Kingdom.

The award was in recognition of his ” distinguished military service and subsequent business leadership as Managing Director of Kolie Mobs Ventures Limited”

Apart from Colonel Shaw retired. John Momoh, Chairman/ Chief. Executive. Officer of, Channels Television was also honoured with a Doctorate Degree by the Institute.

According to the Institute, the Honourary Doctorate celebrates exceptional individuals whose leadership, innovation,service and contributions have made a significant impact within their professions, communities and society at large.

The ceremony held at Westminster, London, brought together esteemed gathering of international leaders, academics, entrepreneurs and changemakers

With this honour, Col. Shaw, retired, becomes one of few retired military officers recognised by the Institute for bridging military service with humanitarian impact.

Retired Col, Shaw retired from the Nigerian Army in 2011. He was one time, Director, Army Post Sevice Housing Directorate. He later became the first Managing Director, of Nigerian Army Post Service Housing Development Company.

After retirement, his company developed the Mamman Vasta, Writers Village, in Abuja ,owned by Association of Nigerian Authors.(ANA).
