Show more commitment to politics, NYC president tells youths
The Nigerian youths have been charged to show more commitment to politics and youth representation in government.
President of the Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC), Blessing Akinlosotu, gave this charge at the Ooni of Ife’s palace after the monarch, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, inaugurated Royal African Foundation, which he (Ogunwusi) initiated to help the youths develop their talents by transforming their thoughts.
Akinlosotu lamented the low participation of young Nigerians in politics, adding that it is high time youths start knowing that elections are not won through social media uproar.
