The Supreme Court has fixed judgement on the appeals filed against governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State and his Bauchi counterpart, Bala Mohammed, for 3 pm.

That was after the parties through the respective counsel adopted their briefs of argument.

While Jeremiah Useni of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is challenging the election of Lalong, Abubakar Mohammed of the All Progressives Congress is urging the court to upturn the election of Bala Mohammed.

Earlier, the apex court affirmed the elections of Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State and Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State.

However, it is not certain yet whether the court will listen and give ruling on the appeal filed against Samuel Ortom of Benue State.
