The Asiwaju Hope 2023, one of the groups that pushed for the realisation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s presidential ambition, has announced the suspension of five members due to alleged infraction.
In a letter signed by its Founder/Director-General, Gbadamosi Basirat Adenike and the General Secretary, Bello Omotunde Muritala, the group said the suspended members are no longer authorised to represent the organisation.
The letter read in part: “In a recent development, Asiwaju Hope 2023, an arm of Charitable Hope Network duly registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, has announced the suspension of four members from its organisation.
“The suspended members are as follows: Prince Adeyemo Olusola Peters, Olamilekan Ogunduro (Otunba), Prof. Richard Eniola Ediale (Oluso), Ogunleye Olayemi and Fatai Oshioda.”
