A political support group, PBAT Door-2-Door Movement, has pledged to mobilise 10 million votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 elections, declaring his leadership as transformative and essential for Nigeria’s continued progress.

Speaking to journalists in Abuja during the Democracy Day celebrations, Comrade Sunday Adekanbi, Protem National Coordinator of the movement, said the group is committed to widespread mobilisation efforts that will engage communities, political stakeholders, and traditional leaders across the country.

Adekanbi highlighted Tinubu’s achievements over the past two years, stating that his economic and democratic policies have positioned Nigeria as a global powerhouse.

“In just two years, President Tinubu has demonstrated unparalleled vision, courage, and resolve, positioning Nigeria as a global economic powerhouse and a beacon of democratic governance,” he said.

According to Adekanbi, the organisation operates under the leadership of its Grand Patron, High Chief (Dr.) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, and aims to rally support for Tinubu’s re-election campaign.

“Today, we announce that High Chief Tompolo will lead a nationwide campaign to engage political stakeholders, traditional leaders, and citizens ward by ward, street by street, and home by home to ensure that President Tinubu’s vision for a prosperous Nigeria is understood and embraced,” Adekanbi stated.

He further explained that the group will focus on promoting Tinubu’s policies, advocating for national unity, and addressing misinformation about the administration’s reforms.

“Tompolo’s mobilisation efforts will galvanise support across regions, uniting Nigerians behind a leader who has proven his capacity to deliver,” Adekanbi said.

He cited the president’s Renewed Hope Agenda as the driving force behind their campaign, praising Tinubu’s track record as Lagos State Governor and his impact on national governance.

The PBAT Door-2-Door Movement said it aims to build a nationwide support network that ensures Tinubu’s vision resonates with citizens and translates into electoral success.

“We vow to mobilise 10 million votes for his re-election in 2027, ensuring that his transformative vision reaches every Nigerian,” Adekanbi said.

He urged Nigerians to join the movement in sustaining the momentum of progress, adding that unity and collective action would secure the country’s future.

“Together, we will build a Nigeria that is prosperous, united, and globally respected,” he said.
