Ugwuanyi pledges more development for Enugu

“I stand here as a testimony to the overflowing mercy of God. But for him, there will never be a day like this for me,” were the words of Enugu State governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, yesterday as he was sworn in.

He declared his intention to improve on the overall living and infrastructure standards of the people of the state.

Delivering an address shortly after taking his oath of office for a second term in office at the Michael Okpara Square, the governor asserted that he would put more energy into the development of the state by ensuring the completion of all abandoned projects, empowerment of the youths and wealth creation.
