A group of successful business leaders from the United Kingdom (UK) and United States (U.S.) and Nigeria will today and tomorrow share their knowledge and experience with an audience of business persons at EbonyLife Place, Lagos State.

The programme, with the theme “Beauty, Business, Media and Wealth Creation Summit,” under the aegis of EATOW (Embracing All Tone of Women), will seek to connect and cement trade relationships between the Diaspora community and Nigerians to promote the growth of Nigerian businesses for export.

EATOW’s UK leading delegate, Moradeun Adedoyin-Solarin, said the aim of coming to Nigeria was to promote the growth of Africans and the programme is not meant for women alone.

Another UK delegate, Brenda Emmanus OBE, a British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) journalist, said: “We realise that women of African descent in business and leadership roles are pinnacle to the success and development of the evolving world we live in today. With a shift towards placing African women in key roles, society recognises the valuable contribution that they make and the importance of having their voices heard.”

“We realise that women of African descent face several challenges but having people around you that can support and nurture you when it gets difficult, makes the journey so much easier, which is why we are here to empower Nigerians.”
