Members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Osun, on Wednesday embarked on a road show to drum support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) standard bearer, Bola Oyebamiji, popularly known as AMBO.
The road show which attracted thousands of its members began from Ayetoro junction, caused traffic snarl until it terminated at Ileri Oluwa House, along Ibadan-Gbongan expressway.
Speaking on the sideline of the show, the state coordinator of Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Sunday Akere, stated that residents of Osun can only enjoy real democratic dividends if they cast their ballots for the APC candidate on Saturday.
He maintained that time had come to effect change in the leadership of government in Osun by voting out Governor Ademola Adeleke during the election, saying “we are mobilising support and telling the people of Osun that it is time for change.”
“Come Saturday, August 15, the people of Osun will vote en masse for the APC and for our candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, who, by the grace of God, will become the next governor.
“Well, you can see the support of the people. The people of Osun want us, they love us, and they desire change. They know that what we have been witnessing in the last almost three and a half to four years is nothing but mediocrity”,
“The people of Osun are tired of dancing, dancing, dancing, and they are ready for a governor who is ready to work and deliver the dividends of democracy to them.”
“If you want to mobilise the entirety of our structure, it’s over 95,000 in Osun. But we just said a few should come around and show their support to Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, and that is what we are witnessing here today, ”
Also speaking, Amos Adekunle Victor, who is the director of security for the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Osun, called for a violence-free and peaceful election.
“Everybody should come out and vote. Security will be provided for everybody that needs to come and vote. Be assured that it’s going to be peaceful. Security will be there, the votes will be counted, and the votes will count, “he stated.

As you can see, it is evident that the people of Osun are ready for this victory. It is a blackmail that we are backing on federal might.
You can see the turnout. If we were banking on federal might, you would not see this kind of turnout. Numerous people are here trying to ensure victory in the election on Saturday.

Ambo should be expecting the full support of the women, we will come out and vote in 30 local governments and one area office of Osun state solidarising and putting our vote for a productive and resourceful man who we have been waiting for.
The advice for women is that their time has come for prosperity, if you look at the agenda of Alh. Munirudeen Oyembamiji, you will see that he has plans for the women, we want to talk about the microcredit programme, our primary healthcare for women and the children, when we talk about productivity, Ambo is there so the women should expect prosperity.
