A 31-year-old woman, Abigail Oluwarotimi, has been arrested by operatives of the Edo State Police Command for violent assault on her 15-year-old house help, Jude Joseph.

In a terse statement, the police said Oluwarotimi used a hot metal object to inflict burn injuries on Joseph’s laps and genitals.

Oluwarotimi carried out the act on allegation that Joseph molested her children.

Photos shared by the command showed Joseph’s genital area covered in bandages as a result of the injuries he sustained following his boss’s action.

Miffed by this development, the Commissioner of Police, CP Umoru P. Ozigi, has ordered the transfer of the case to the State CID for thorough investigation
