Youths are becoming impatient over looting of public funds, says CAN
The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Youth Wing president Engr. Daniel David Kadzai, has warned political office holders and government officials that the youths are running out of patience over the massive looting of public funds by political office holders.
Kadzai who spoke to journalists yesterday in Yola lamented that the solid foundation of the country built by the past leaders has been destroyed by the current leaders due to lack of patriotism. He maintained that the present leaders have introduced religion, ethnicity and other sectional issues to divide Nigerians to enable them loot public funds.
He expressed concern that the labour of the country’s past heroes is now in vain due to what he described as selfish interest of the present crop of leaders.
Kadzai who described government inaction to curtail massive killings in Benue and Southern Kaduna as a grand design to reduce the population of the youths in the country, he called for speedy action to arrest the alleged Fulani herdsmen.
