The Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Oyo State, Alhaji Hazeem Gbolarumi, has intensified his grassroots campaign across the state, with engagements in the Oyo Town, Ogbomoso and Oke-Ogun zones ahead of the 2027 contest.
Gbolarumi, who disclosed this in a statement, said he engaged party members during a courtesy visit to the Ogbomoso Zone, where he shared his thoughts on the collective vision and the work ahead.
The former Deputy Governor said the engagement provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships with party members and discuss the task ahead of the 2027 election.
Gbolarumi also made a stop at the residence of the Chief Imam of Iseyin land in the Oke-Ogun zone, where he received prayers and blessings for his political journey.
The PDP candidate said the engagements formed part of efforts to strengthen the bonds among party members, deepen consultations and build greater unity across the state.
He said the campaign would continue to focus on grassroots engagement and interaction with party members and stakeholders across Oyo State.
“Together, we continue to strengthen our bonds, deepen our engagement, and work towards a greater Oyo State,” Gbolarumi said.
Gbolarumi said he remained committed to engaging with party members and stakeholders as part of efforts to advance his political campaign and pursue his vision for a greater Oyo State.
