Inuwa Yahaya inaugurates Gombe APC exco

Ahead of the national convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) scheduled for Saturday, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State has inaugurated the newly-elected state executives of the party.

Inaugurating the party officials yesterday at the Gombe International Hotel, the governor, represented by his deputy, Dr. Manassah Jatau, tasked the new leaders to work for APC’s victory in 2023.

He urged them to always project the good image of the APC by informing the citizens of the projects executed by government towards eliciting support for the party.

The governor also charged the party not to allow only the government officials to tackle members of the opposition but to counter their criticisms with superior arguments and facts.

Also speaking, Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Abubakar Luggerewo, charged the new APC executives to comply with instructions from the state government in the forthcoming national convention.
