Address Homes showcases luxury apartments, delivers 250 homes

The firm has also unveiled two new luxury apartments brand schemes into the property market. Christened Luxuria and Dan and Dan by The Address Homes, the two brands, on completion, the Luxuria is expected to deliver 58 Luxury homes including Penthouses and Maisonettes, while Dan and Dan would provide 27 units of fully serviced apartments in Ikoyi and Banana Island, Lagos.

Measuring approximately 4,890 square meters, Luxuria is on Alexander Road and it is made up of two towers of 14 floors, comprising of four-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom maisonettes and penthouses, covering about 1,000 square metres each, while Dan and Dan is a waterfront fully serviced mini estate.

Located on Banana Road, Ikoyi, upon completion, would have private jetty, swimming pool, 24 hours power, security personnel, CCTV, dry and wet kitchens, gym among others.

During a media tour to some its construction site in Lagos, the Founder and Chairman, The Address Homes, Mr. Bisi Onasanya, said the intention is to deliver quality and affordable homes, which would measure up to international standard.

“We believe that there is a need to inject integrity into the Lagos State business. We also believe at the time when we were starting that the quality of buildings were a bit deficient and there was a need to build things that will speak to some level of international standard, irrespective of where you are.

“We wanted to come into the industry and put up structures, which we call homes not houses that will compete with the best that you can see outside Nigeria and yet without making you to break the bank in terms of being able to pay or affordability,” he said.

The firm has delivered 250 homes to Lagosians on Bank Road in Ikoyi, Banana Island Ikoyi close 107, Banana Island road, Ikoyi, Banana View, Femi Okunu, Victory Park Lekki, Alma Beach Lekki, Banana Island Ikoyi close, Elegushi-Ikate Lekki, Taiye Olowu and Wemabob Estate.

Speaking on the new project, Onasanya said the Luxuria apartment whose total liveable space in the area is close to 500 square metres have two kitchens with provisions for security and modern facilities.

The construction is currently on the fourth floor with an approval of 14 floors and expected to be completed before the first quarter of 2023.

Onasanya said: ” We don’t emphasis more on speed of finishing, quality assurance process is involved, local and foreign consultants are involved, who must sign off every stage of the project. We choose not to truncate every part of that until everyone is comfortable to sign off.

The firm has extended construction to Ikeja, GRA and some part of Ajah. Currently, the company plans to build homes in Ikeja GRA, Harold Shodipo, a project on Keffi Street, Ikoyi aimed at contributing 101 units to South West Ikoyi by 2023.

Onasanya said: “We have plans to move down to the slightly lower segment of the middle class between the second toll gate and Ajah. We have about 75 hectares of land with Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).

“We are in the process of design, which would then be able to create a mix development such as flats and terrace houses. We will be offering lower prices for people, who cannot afford more than N50 million to N70 million,” he said.
