Dynasquare Homes hands over homes to buyers at Golden Haven Residence

Dynasquare Homes & Properties Ltd has officially handed over homes to buyers at its Golden Haven Residence, a residential development located at Eko Akete, Abijo, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, further underscoring the company’s commitment to delivering quality housing and expanding homeownership opportunities in one of Lagos’ fastest-growing corridors.

The handover ceremony marked another milestone for the company as it delivered units of its three-bedroom semi-detached duplex with a boys’ quarters (BQ) to satisfied buyers. With the latest transaction, only three units remain available for prospective homeowners and investors at the development.

Speaking at the handover, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Dynasquare Homes & Properties Ltd, Amb Dr. Christopher Vincent Ezeri, said the company’s objective extends beyond property development to contributing meaningfully to the reduction of the housing deficit in Lagos.

“Every home we deliver represents more than a real estate transaction; it is an opportunity for a family to secure shelter, build memories and create a foundation for the future. At Dynasquare Homes, we are committed to playing our part in reducing the housing deficit by delivering homes that are accessible, functional and built around the evolving needs of modern families,” Dr. Ezeri said.

He added that the company remains focused on developing properties in locations with strong growth potential, noting that Ibeju-Lekki has emerged as an important destination for residential, commercial and industrial development in Lagos.

Ibeju-Lekki has experienced increasing economic activity in recent years, driven by major infrastructure projects and expanding investment across the Lekki corridor. The area’s growing connectivity to major economic hubs has continued to attract businesses, investors, developers and residents seeking opportunities within an emerging urban environment.

Dr. Ezeri said the infrastructure emerging around Ibeju-Lekki is helping to reshape the economic profile of the area and strengthen its appeal as a destination for real estate investment and residential development.

“Ibeju-Lekki is no longer simply a location on the outskirts of Lagos. It is increasingly becoming part of the state’s emerging economic landscape. The infrastructure, industrial investments and expanding commercial activities around this corridor are creating new possibilities for residents and businesses, and real estate development must respond to that growth,” he said.

The Golden Haven Residence is strategically positioned within this expanding environment, offering homeowners an opportunity to own property in an area benefiting from broader developments along the Lekki-Epe axis.

According to Dynasquare Homes & Properties, the development was conceived to combine contemporary residential living with the long-term potential of its location. The three-bedroom semi-detached duplexes with BQ are designed to provide functional living spaces for families while positioning buyers within a rapidly developing part of Lagos.

The company believes that the delivery of completed homes is particularly important in an increasingly competitive housing market, where prospective homeowners are seeking credible developers capable of moving projects from promise to delivery.

Dr. Ezeri stressed that closing the housing gap requires sustained collaboration among developers, government, investors and other stakeholders in the housing sector.

“Reducing the housing deficit requires more than statistics; it requires homes to be built, completed and handed over to real people. Developers have a responsibility to deliver on their commitments, while government and other stakeholders must continue to create an environment that supports housing development and infrastructure expansion,” he said.

He further encouraged prospective homeowners and investors to consider emerging growth corridors where infrastructure and economic activity are creating new residential opportunities, while undertaking appropriate due diligence before making property commitments.

With only three units remaining at Golden Haven Residence, Dynasquare Homes & Properties Ltd says interested buyers can take advantage of the opportunity to secure one of the remaining homes within the development.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to delivering quality residential projects and contributing to the growth of sustainable communities across Lagos and other emerging real estate markets in Nigeria.
