Firm commits to affordable home ownership

Real estate developer, Adron Homes and Properties Limited, has reaffirmed its commitment to making home ownership accessible and affordable to Nigerians across all income levels through flexible payment plans and special discounts.

Group Company Secretary of Adron Homes, Mrs Shola Orunmuyiwa, gave the assurance at the unveiling of the company’s ‘Lemon Friday Plus Promo’ in Lagos. She said the initiative is part of Adron Homes’ mission to reduce Nigeria’s huge housing deficit by providing affordable housing opportunities for families across the country.

According to her, the company remains committed to ensuring that home ownership is within the reach of everyone through initiatives that are both inclusive and convenient.

“We are on a mission to make home ownership possible for Nigerians, irrespective of their earning power. Housing is a basic human need, and we want to encourage everyone to invest in real estate,” she said.

Assistant Managing Director, Mrs Aminat Olaniyan-Haastrup, said the firm currently offers expansive land and housing investment opportunities in over seven states, including Ogun, Abuja, Oyo, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and Lagos.

She explained that under the new promo, subscribers can enjoy up to 30 per cent discounts on landed property, with a 24-month payment plan and an initial deposit of N300,000, payable in five instalments.

Olaniyan-Haastrup said the initiative underscores the company’s focus on customers, staff, and partners, including the media, in promoting growth, vision, and transformation.

“The new scheme represents our unwavering commitment to making home ownership a reality for Nigerians at home and abroad. It reflects our desire to give back to society, celebrate our clients, and open doors for thousands of families to step into their dream homes.

“For years, we’ve been at the forefront of providing affordable housing products across the nation. With this scheme, we’re taking that vision to new heights, offering unprecedented discounts, exclusive benefits, and life-changing opportunities. It’s about empowering people, building communities, and transforming lives,” she said.

Also speaking, Deputy Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, Mr Teddy Babatunde, said the Lemon Friday scheme is designed to make land ownership easier and more attainable for Nigerians.

“This promo is about the possibility of owning land, building legacies, and securing the future. With monthly deposits as low as N10,000, many Nigerians can now take the first step toward becoming landowners,” he said.
