Firms collaborate to reduce housing deficit

Determined to reduce the nation’s housing deficit, two real estate firms have provided the platform to empower citizens to become house owners with less stress.

Messrs Titians Empire Builders International in conjunction with Perfection Real Estate Group and Alliance Global partnered in property development in the Lekki-Epe corridor. While the former carter for building plans while the latter cares for payment plans.

Chief Executive Officer, Titians Empire Builders International, Jerry Patrick Onoukiabe, made this known during the handover of keys to the apartment to subscribers in Ibeju -Lekki, Lagos.

Onoukiabe disclosed that the homeowners were qualified as a result of meeting the terms and conditions of the housing investment scheme.

“Perfection Betoniq building technologies are superior to traditional; building construction methods in the areas of speed of construction production of high-quality cost-effective houses, strength, and durability including the fire and water resistance and energy efficiency of finished houses and suitability for mass housing development,” he said.

According to him, the three homeowners were taught how to invest the only N38, 000 on the housing scheme, make extra income and become house owners in three months.

Media expert, Mr. Daniel Akpata and two others were pride homeowners.

Onuokiabe maintained that the housing scheme targets different categories of persons from students, graduates, low-income earners, regardless of background and incomes.

He promised in the next three months, newly qualified members would be given houses and it would be a continuous process.

The housing types are a one-bedroom apartment, two-bedroom apartment, three-bedroom apartment,two-bedroom bungalow, three bedroom semi-detached bungalow, two-bedroom terrace duplex, and three-bedroom terrace.

The housing prices range between N4 million to N67 million depending choices and locations.

He added that apart from Lagos phase 1 Ibeju –Lekki home scheme, Perfection Real Estate Group has other schemes and landed property in Lagos Festac town, Ikorodu; Niger State, Owerri in Imo State, Asaba in Delta State, Port- Harcourt in River State, Calabar in Cross River State, Enugu State, Abuja and other areas in the country.

In his remark, Chief Executive Officer, Perfection Real Estate Group, Mr. Niyi Adeleye disclosed that the Perfection real estate consortium is a one-stop-shop on a mission to make homeownership and participation in the real estate sector more accessible to Nigeria.
