Springpet unveils Vision 2032, targets ₦100bn enterprise

Springpet Development Limited has unveiled Vision 2032, a seven-year roadmap targeting a ₦100bn enterprise and bringing real estate, banking and business leaders together.

Springpet Development Limited has brought together investors, business executives and leaders across the real estate, banking and corporate sectors to discuss the future of Nigeria’s property industry as the company unveiled its Vision 2032 growth strategy.

The event provided a platform for stakeholders to exchange perspectives on investment, innovation, collaboration and the changing dynamics shaping Nigeria’s real estate market.

At the heart of the gathering was Springpet’s ambition to build a ₦100 billion enterprise by 2032, under a seven-year strategic roadmap built around seven stages: Build, Grow, Innovate, Scale, Sustain, Transform and Impact.

Speaking on the vision, Dr. Kenneth Reginald, Group Managing Director of Springpet Development Limited, stressed the importance of building an institution capable of sustaining long-term growth while creating value for investors, customers, employees and the wider economy.

According to him, the company’s growth ambition goes beyond achieving a financial target, with the broader objective of establishing a sustainable organisation capable of creating lasting value within the real estate ecosystem.

The event also featured Pastor Richard Attah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Spring26 Construction Limited, whose participation contributed to discussions around leadership, growth and the development of the built environment.

Other notable participants included Dr. Kingsley Ekanosetale, GMD/CEO of Keysight Group, and Mr. Tayo Adekoya, CEO of Adept Lessor, alongside other professionals and representatives from the business and real estate sectors.

The financial and investment perspective was represented by Queen Esther Adino, Group Head, Commercial & Retail Banking at Nova Bank, while Captain Tobi Akerele, CEO of Gigi Company, also joined other business leaders at the gathering.

The range of professionals represented at the event highlighted the interconnected nature of real estate with finance, investment, construction and broader business development.

For Springpet, achieving its ₦100 billion ambition will require more than organic expansion. The company sees strategic partnerships, access to investment, innovation and an ability to respond to changes in the market as important components of its long-term strategy.

Nigeria’s real estate sector continues to face a combination of opportunities and challenges, including changing consumer needs, financing constraints, infrastructure gaps and evolving investment patterns. Against this backdrop, businesses operating in the sector are increasingly looking towards strategies that can support resilience, scalability and sustainable value creation.

Vision 2032 was therefore positioned not simply as the unveiling of an internal corporate roadmap, but as an opportunity to engage industry stakeholders and exchange ideas about the direction of the sector.

The gathering also underscored Springpet’s intention to build relationships with stakeholders beyond its immediate business operations as it works towards its long-term objectives.

As the company begins implementing its Vision 2032 roadmap, the seven-stage framework is expected to guide its progression from building its foundations and growing its operations to innovation, scaling, sustainability, transformation and eventual impact.

For Springpet, the ultimate ambition is to emerge as a stronger and more sustainable institution while contributing to the continued development of Nigeria’s real estate industry and the wider economy.
