Fast-rising singer, rapper and poet, Onafuye Abolade Bobby popularly known as Abolade Bobby, has premiered his latest single, Because Of You.

Largely known for his melodies on the guitar and his calming sound, which is a unique blend of both rhythms and poetry, Bobby said: “Music is at the centre of everything; it’s something that binds people together. Music is life’s way of talking, therefore the more music we have in the world, the merrier.

Bobby who started appreciating music at an early age said. “I have been entertaining family members and friends in gatherings. I started writing my songs about that time and got my first access into the studio at age 10.”

Describing his music as Afro-Global, he said his music is a blend of both African rhythms and other global sounds. Having previously released a single, This is Something, the actor, model, and entrepreneur who sees art as an essential tool for expression, has also featured in popular TV commercials and family drama, including The Johnsons.

For him, he is continually pushing the message of love and positive vibes. “I believe we were put on this planet to love. Love ourselves, nature, fellow humans and have a love for what we do and who we are.”
