Changing the face of gele in Nigeria is Funmilola Olurinola, CEO of Abeke Makeovers, who is known for her creativity in makeup artistry and classic gele designs. Since she introduced her Avant Garde gele style, fashionistas and celebrities like Rita Dominic, Deola Sagoe, Toke Makinwa, Toju Foyeh and others has been rocking it to upscale events.

Also known as Auto gele or Abekegele, it is worn with diverse outfits. In the Nigerian fashion scene, women, both young and old, have embraced this gele styles because they make them look gorgeous and sophisticated.
