#BAAD2017: Reactions trail Banky W’s video upload with wife, Adesua

This week has indeed been a buzzing one, particularly on the social media, as the newly weds Banky W and Adesua Etomi trended on social media not because of their recent wedding ceremony, but for a video uploaded by the former Lagos most eligible bachelor.

The Lagos party crooner on Monday, shared a video of himself and wife, Adesua showing off the hotel where they are lodged in South Africa for their honeymoon.

While this may seem normal, the state at which Adesua was in the video caused uproar online. Banky W in the video showed viewers zebras outside the bedroom window, and bringing it back to himself, the camera caught his wife wearing only bikini bottoms.

This is coming after actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde earlier advised the couple to be careful of that they reveal to the world via social media.

While many Nigerians blamed Banky W, saying he was careless as such a video should not have even seen the light of day, others think it is high time the couple stay off social media.

Some Nigerians taking to twitter reacted to the video. Elvis Tunde @Tunnyking said, “Shey I told you to take your marriage off social media but you’re forming Banky W – The Bald Guy. Now, see Adesua small yansh everywhere.”

Pepisko D. Pepeye @MissIgho said, “I’m just happy it was Adesua’s bumbum in the video. Could have been another girl’s own you know? Let’s be thankful for little mercies.”

For King Absolute @KingAbsolute, “If Adesua was like that outdoor (on a beach), nobody will talk but now she’s indoor & people are shouting ‘nude’ upandan!”

Ibadan Lord @degosTee agreed, “Banky W was careless, but the person who screen-grabbed the clip, adjusted the brightness and contrast to reveal Adesua ass is devil’s biological child. That’s what happens when you casually upload everything on the internet.”

Supporting Ibadan Lord’s opinion, Ifunnaya @ms_funi, also blame who screen-grabbed the clip, adjusted the brightness and contrast to reveal Adesua properly.

She said, “You guys are actually evil! Obviously he noticed Adesua was changing so he moved the camera away and then used his head to cover her up & someone actually screen grabbed it and adjusted the brightness so we’ll see well. Evil.”

Major A. @king_adze, sounding religious and comical said, “Satan works in mysterious ways… See how Banky W just scored an own goal from the bench.”

Taking the issue to a different dimension, Simeon @simmeonii, said: “What if this Buhari government actually paid Banky W and Adesua to distract Nigerians a little.”
