Kannywood actor, Adam A. Zango, has remarried after a long spell as a bachelor.

The Guardian recalls that the celebrated actor had experienced several failed marriages in the past, divorcing at least five wives.

At one point, Zango openly declared he might never remarry, citing frustration from what he described as “gross disobedience” by his former spouses.

Despite those declarations, the actor has now tied the knot with a colleague in the film industry, Salamatu, who features in the series Garwashi, where she plays the role of Maimuna.

According to DW Hausa, the wedding took place on Sunday.

Salamatu becomes Zango’s sixth wife since he began his marital journey.
