Owolabi Salis Foundation

If there were a race to determine the deepest pocket or the most lavish lifestyle, Owolabi Salis would find it hard to keep ahead of the competition.

But if it were for the purpose of picking the most generous, his unmatched record of benevolence would put him head and shoulder above his peers.

The lawyer is known for turning the cloudy days of the less-privileged to sunny moments with showers of gifts and skills acquisition.

As he is wont to do, Owolabi has already set the machinery in motion to put smiles on the faces of the indigent across Lagos State, with several students graduating from skill acquisition empowerment programme organised by the Owolabi Foundation during the week.

The ceremony had many in attendance, including royal fathers, socialites and government officials.

The first set has already graduated, while the second set of 35, 000 participants from Somolu would soon graduate, with Ajeromi on the verge of graduating 800 participants.

Owolabi in his opening remark, said: “I don’t believe in theory; practical is better than theory. My target is based on the areas boys who cannot meet their daily needs and who should be empowered to fend for themselves.”
