Adekunle is all out to build affordable houses for people out there in a serene environment with good social amenities. Having already delivered a posh shopping mart, Metro Mall, in the swanky part of Lekki, he is now investing in affordable mini-luxury thematic home destinations.
Last Sunday, the 37-year-old handsome dude officially unveiled the Phase 1 of the homes and the four-room duplexes, already fully subscribed and paid for, which is located in the serene Sangotedo area of Lekki, with facilities such as gym, swimming pool and playground for children, among others.
The half-Nigerian, half-Ghanaian is happily married to Marita Ayodele, second daughter of famous natural health expert, Dr. Quincy Ayodele.
