Some call it the tones of exterior wall luxury, far from the loudness of bright shades, or the lurking and drowning moodiness of overly dark ones, a grey tones house exterior is a perfectly thought out shade for lovers of homely ambience from start to finish.

Beyond bringing a balanced approach to a house, painting or treating your exterior walls to grey tones bestows the calming and welcoming ambience that makes a house a home.

Naturally, a grey tone as it isn’t exactly a colour is associated with peace that stabilises your mood and gives a feeling of stillness after a hectic long day.

Although usually paired by aesthetic house designers or painters with white, off-white or cream tones for highlighting which brings perfection to the overall exterior, a walk into a grey house regardless of the paired shades makes a dream home anytime, any day.

Why a grey house feels more like a home:
• It is the perfect tone between bright and dark – it’s neither dark nor bright, it is calm.
• It is simple and soothing.
• Its versatility makes it absorb dust, moisture stains and withstand all of the weather hardship that hits the exterior walls while still maintaining its clean look and aesthetics.
