Dapo Abiodun, Chairman of Hyden Oil, would tomorrow celebrates his 57th birthday in grand style, with many in the social circuit already warming up to attend the bash, as Abiodun is known not to do his things in half measures.

His 56th birthday party last year is still a reference point, as it was graced by many notable dignitaries, drawn from the corporate, political and social circles, who gathered at his Temple Road, Ikoyi, Lagos residence to celebrate with him.

Although it was planned to be a low-keyed celebration, things gathered pace and assumed greater dimension as the celebrant’s home began to be filled with almost everyone who mattered in Nigeria’s high society, friends and foes alike.

So, this year celebration would not be exceptional, as he has also perfected plans to officially open his elite club, 12 Temple, on 12, Temple Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, strictly for the super rich.

Abiodun, a senatorial candidate during the last general election, is a very successful businessmen widely admired and regarded for his humane disposition and exploits in industry and philanthropy, which have earned him a national honour and accolades from peers and even his business rivals
