Soludo, wife celebrate 30 years of marital bliss

Governor of Anambra State, Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has advocated that love and understanding remain the recipe for a successful marriage. The governor made the comment while speaking during the thanksgiving mass celebrated to mark the 30th wedding anniversary ceremony between himself and his wife, Nonye. During the mass which was celebrated by the Catholic Bishop of Ekwulobia Diocese, Peter Cardinal Okpalaeke, the couple renewed their marital vows to each other and exchanged rings. Soludo said he would marry his wife over and over again even as he described her as a gift of God and an exhibition of love to him. The governor stressed further: “This celebration has become an annual routine for the family to celebrate God’s abundant grace and mercies.”
