In an industry long dominated by men, Precious Diri is making waves as one of the few women to establish herself as a major player in Nigerian real estate. The founder and CEO of Lagos Finest Realty Solutions Limited, Diri has not only built a successful real estate business but has also become a champion for women’s empowerment through her initiative, She Activates Purpose.

Diri’s entrepreneurial journey began with a clear sense of ambition and drive. Born and raised in Lagos as the first child and only daughter in her family, she quickly developed a mindset for leadership. After completing her studies in Computer Science, advancing her knowledge through business certifications in
Henley Business School and programs at the Enterprise Development Center, she gained diverse work experience in IT, client relations, and administration. This laid the foundation for what would become a flourishing career in business.

“From a young age, I knew one source of income wasn’t enough to give me the life I wanted,” Diri shared. “It wasn’t about avoiding being average; it was about creating a legacy that would impact the lives of others. My businesses are vehicles to drive that purpose.”

In 2019, Diri founded Lagos Finest Realty Solutions Limited, a real estate marketing and advisory firm that has now served over 300 property owners and continues to grow its reach. But her entrepreneurial spirit doesn’t stop at real estate. Diri runs multiple ventures that reflect her versatility and passion for solving problems across different sectors.

“Empowering women isn’t just about giving them the tools to succeed in business. It’s about helping them find their purpose, whatever that may be, and supporting them in becoming the best version of themselves,” Diri explained. “Purpose is the foundation of everything I do, and that’s what She Activates
Purpose is all about.”

In addition to her work in real estate, Diri is a strong advocate for women empowerment. In 2023, the Forbes BLK member launched ‘She Activates Purpose’, a community designed to help women across all walks of life discover their true potential and activate their God-given gifts. The initiative has since
mentored over 15 women and has hosted numerous empowerment programs that support women in various fields from entrepreneurship to personal development.

“My biggest motivation is the desire to lead a purposeful life, one that positively influences the world. I operate with values of integrity, teamwork, quality service, and communication across everything I do. Success for me isn’t just about the profits but about the lives I touch along the way,” she added.
While early criticism and economic challenges were part of Diri’s journey, they were by no means her focus. “Challenges are part of the entrepreneurial process, but they don’t define me,” she said. “The Nigerian economy has been tough, but perseverance and adaptation have been the keys to navigating
it.”

Reflecting on her proudest moments, Diri points to her recognition at the TIME Conference at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos and the numerous satisfied clients her real estate firm has served. “Seeing clients go through a seamless property acquisition process with me is deeply rewarding. But even more fulfilling
is watching women I’ve mentored break barriers and achieve their dreams.”

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs and those seeking to make a mark on the world is clear: “Let love lead. Do well, not just for yourself but for others. When you do well, you unknowingly inspire and impact many more people than you realize,” she concludes.
