The Incubator in collaboration with Apreel Ventures is set to re-ignite the interest of television viewership from the second quarter of 2020 with the airing of the third sequel of the television drama Oasis. The intriguing series promises to keep Nigerians glued to their television sets.

In this sequel titled The Enemy Within, the Osagies must put aside their individual challenges to face the worst kind of opposition from a one-time best ally.

Starring award-winning actors such as Zack Orji, Bimbo Akintola, Lilian Amah, Tony Umez and other notable Nollywood stars, this avant-garde motion picture work with 52-episode, will hit television screens via DSTV, NTA Network, and other syndications across Nigeria.

OASIS: The Enemy Within, currently in production in Lagos, is co-produced by multiple awards winning Ariyike Oladipo, directed by Pat Oghre Imobhio with Shuttabox as a marketer.

Giving an overview on the series, the producer, Ariyike Oladipo said, “we’re sending a message with the title, Enemy Within, to tell people to always watch their back because there’s always somebody either in the family, among the circle of friends that is the enemy you don’t know, even sometimes, we ourselves are our own enemy. The story is very relatable; viewers will see themselves in it. So, it’s a story based on life issue.”

On the message of the series, Lilian Amah-Aluko, who played the role of Mrs. Ogagie, hinted, “I’d like people to realise that every single thing we do or say the impact on other people. So, people should think carefully about what we do and be conscious of the effect they have on people.Tthat’s the message; I like people to take away from my role as Mrs. Osagie.”

She continued: “If we go back to the Bible, a lot of things were pointed out that would happen in the end time and every day. I see them unfold; we are really in the end time. Children are rising against their parents, mothers against fathers. And when we look at the world around us, we have come to a point where the word ‘morales’ is like a bad word. People think you can allow everybody do anything, forgetting that the repercussions will surely follow. I believe that every action is a seed. So, everything happening in the world today, including global warming is as a result of the actions of humanity.”
