Olufunke, daughter of FIRS boss, Tunde Fowler, remarries

Olunfunke, daughter of the Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Tunde Fowler, last Saturday walked down the aisle with her fiancé, Aigbovbiose Aig-Imoukhuede, younger brother of Aigboje, former managing director of Access Bank Plc.

Funke is taking a shot at marriage again after her previous union with Abiodun Abi Kuku, last son of the late Chief Bayo Kuku, crashed. The high profile wedding took place at the Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The traditional version had earlier held last Thursday at the bride’s family home in Parkview Estate Ikoyi, Lagos, attended by the high and mighty in society, including Funke’s maternal grandmother, the iconic Chief Leila Apinke Fowler, who played the chief hostess.

The groom, Aigbo, as he is fondly called, son of Frank Aig-Imoukhuede, a veteran journalist, poet, playwright and author, is well respected in corporate Nigeria.
