To keep industry professionals updated with leadership trends, the Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability (QHSES) Leadership Network has held its third Leadership Reboot.

The seminar, targeted at providing current and aspiring leaders with appropriate training to inspire change in their respective organisations and societies through professional excellence and integrity, featured inspiring sessions with the theme, ‘The Path to Sustainable and Inclusive Growth’.

The Convener, QHSES Leadership Network, Jamiu Badmus, said the organisation has come a long way in its journey of equipping leaders with the right capacities, saying the conference exemplified the body’s desire to create change makers through a strategic learning process.

In his keynote speech, Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic to Nigeria, Dr. Ajoritsedere Awosika, stated that focusing on materialism for gauging success was becoming obsolete, urging attendees to focus on clearly defined targets and building key attributes.

The Chief Talent Officer, YP Talent Partners, Yemi Faseun, urged attendees to prioritise self-management and self-leadership as the keys for optimising their performances in any leadership role.

Partner at KPMG Nigeria, Mrs. Tomi Adepoju, stated that ethics contribute to a positive workplace culture, and fuel sustainable growth, noting that negative conduct is the byproduct of lack of a strong ethical culture in an organisation.
