Recently, Sir Olu Okeowo, a philanthropist per excellence, was honoured with the Exemplary Philanthropist Award by the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka.

Recently, Sir Olu Okeowo, a philanthropist per excellence, was honoured with the Exemplary Philanthropist Award by the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka. He is also said to be building a multi-million naira complex named Sir Olu Okeowo Building for Physiotherapy inside the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).

Apart from this, the shrewd businessman is building a maternity centre in the heart of Lagos Island with world-class medical equipment that will be solely sponsored by him.

Information reaching Society People also confirmed that he has also donated musical equipment, gifts and cash to several churches in and around Lagos, exhibiting his philanthropic lifestyle.

A visit to his multi-million naira mansion inside the Park View Estate in ikoyi Lagos confirmed that in a matter of weeks, the mansion which was erected on the centre of water will be completed and all things being equal, he will move there as his country home.
