Prominent Nigerian singer, Tito Da.Fire is set to return with an intimate body of work dubbed Shoulders of Giants, which affirms his prowess among the leading lyricist’s of his generation.

In an exclusive listen to the record, which is set to drop before the end of September, the 12-tracker album soars with passion; both in composition, delivery, and the allure it has to the listening ears of any music connoisseur.

On The Shoulders of Giants is a mesmeric blend of dancehall, reggae, Afro-pop, World Music and Juju. According to Tito Da.fire, it was deliberate to have a piece of each of the popular genres of music in OGS to make it a must-have for everyone.

The tracks include One Day, a track that gives credence to the efforts and success of other artists in the likes of the legends; Fela Anikulapo, King Sunny Ade, Tuface, Wizkid, and Olamide.

While the song, African Woman, is dedicated to the inner beauty, strength, and the reliance of the African woman, in the likes of African woman footballer of the year, Azizat Oshoala, Ngozi Okonjo Iwela, Chimamanda Adichie, and the late Prof Dora Akunyili, and others who are making the continent proud in their various endeavours.

In the song, Elevation, Da.Fire calls for a need for social, awareness, equity, and justice to move the Nigerian nation forward.

On The Shoulders of Giants is an inspiring record, with a depth of didacticism, which is much needed at Nigeria’s enduring socio-economic crisis.
