The prevailing economic situation is not very friendly to businesses. This has also affected spending on luxury and leisure. However, for Fraser Suites Abuja, there is no cause for fear.

“What we see is positive. We are not pessimistic about the future”, says the Turkish-born General Manager of the hotel, Deniz Isikci.

Although the hotel is relatively new in the market, the G.M said it enjoys influx of visitors who come for business and conferences. “International community still comes to Nigeria for business. Besides that, about 95 percent of our guests are Nigerians.

Fraser Suites is not just one of the hospitality outfits in the Federal Capital Territory; it is the bride of the city at the moment.

Beyond the iconic landmark building that is located in the Central Business District of the city, the hotel is particularly unique for prompt and efficient service delivery to customers and guests.

From the front desk down to the restaurants, customers are given the treatment they deserve, positioning the facility as a destination of choice in its two years of operation.

“We treat guests as though they are in their house. Efficient service delivery is our secret”, stated the General Manager, Deniz Isikci.

Located close to the famous Grand Square Stores, Fraser Suits features a total of 126 Gold standard residences. Each key (suit) as the hotel prefers to address it, is equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities for maximum comfort and value for money.

The elegant and stylish Fraser Suites also provides a wide range of apartments, including studios and four bedroom penthouses. Each unit is exquisitely furnished with contemporary interiors and luxurious finishes.

Speaking recently about the objectives of the facility, the G.M stated that it is aimed at supporting local community and local market while providing the best in indigenous and continental cuisines.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, he noted that the hotel regularly interface with the indigent children, especially orphans, who are invited meals and interaction. The initiative does not end with feeding them but also to give them a sense of belonging while inspiring them to consider building a career in the hospitality industry in future.

Talking about supporting local market, the G.M stated that the outfit considers it imperative to patronize local farmers for the supply of farm produce for its kitchen.

Fraser Suites recently bagged the 2019 World Travel Awards for the Best Service Apartments Brand in Nigeria. It also received a Certificate of Excellence from the Chief Adviser, while awaiting outcome of three other nominations.

When asked the secret behind the overwhelming success within a short period in a highly competitive market environment, the GM identified excellent service delivery, customer care and good food as their advantage. According to him, lodging in Fraser is compared to staying in a “home away from home.”

“We have too groups of guests when it comes to food. Those who come to explore local foods and those who come to see what the hotel has to offer in terms of continental dishes”, Isikci stated.
