Award-winning gospel singer and songwriter, Funmi Dominic Olaoye, is set to release a new song titled ‘I am Free’ on March 11, 2022

One of her songs ‘Ise Oluwa’ got her nominated as the ‘Most Promising Female in Africa’ at the international KORA Music Awards 2003 enjoyed airplay on radio and tv stations in Nigeria and internationally

According to her, the song ‘I am Free’ is about the salvation and healing that Jesus Christ brought to mankind which resulted in freedom.

The music video for the song is a combination of acting and music. All acting was originally done to depict the historical era of Jesus Christ and it was laced with the modern era. The video shoot was done at various locations in Canada.

The music was produced by Wole Oni and video directed by Ed Ogum.

She has recorded several songs like “Ololufe”, “Je te louerai “, “Smile” to mention a few.
