In line with its commitment to hone young talents in the entertainment industry, Lagos-based music label, Jamika Entertainment, has sponsored over 200 youths to a ‘teen conference’.

Known for scouting and empowering young talented artistes and producers, the label which is home to stars like Sultan ‘Afroboy, Koredianx and Church of Men, recently underwrote the second annual Teen Conference organised by Young Elites Champs (Y.E.C).

Founded by Treasure Obianuju Arize, the YEC empowers teenagers physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to overcome the toxicity in today’s society.

Commenting on the success of the conference, Arize noted that it was a resounding success, saying, “The hand of God was in it, and our efforts paid off amid the huge. I want to say a big thank you to our sponsors and everyone that made this happen.

“We were expecting a maximum of 100 teenagers, but we got double of that. The facilitators were truly amazing and remarkable. The teenagers were really blessed.”

On his part, Head of Operations at Jamika Entertainment, Stanley Ihensekhien, reaffirmed his company’s readiness to provide teenagers all time with platforms to showcase their gifts in their quest to become valuable members of the society.

“Giving back to the community is one of our pillars, and we look forward to being part of the YEC’s third annual Teen Conference,” he stated.
