Peller Vs Benin Kingdom
May these content creators not use their hands to waka enta trouble that is sleeping on its own jejely. That is T4T’s prayer today. Now, popular content creator, Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, aka Peller, has used his legs to go and ‘desecrate’ the palace of the Oba of Benin, of all places. Peller nor see one small shrine go desecrate, na Oba Palace im leg carry am go!

This was the statement issued by the Benin Traditional Council: “The Benin Traditional Council wishes to address the public regarding a serious breach of protocol and desecration of the sacred precincts of the Palace, which occurred on Friday, March 6, 2026.

“The council confirms that an individual, Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, a social media influencer popularly known as ‘Peller’, gained unauthorised access to the palace premises on the said date. Mr Adelaja and his entourage entered the palace without the requisite permission from the council, and their subsequent conduct caused significant embarrassment and a breach of the peace within the palace grounds.”

One Mr. Irabor signed the statement and T4T could visualise his face contorted in rage as he typed frantically on his laptop with the Oba breathing down his neck.

Well, Peller has refused to honour the invitation (as at when this report was sent) of the palace. Meanwhile, a chief and some staff of the palace have been suspended and sacked summarily. A Queen(that is to say na one of the wives of the Oba) is on the verge of being ‘dequeened’, all courtesy of Peller.

But wait o, the Oba’s palace by now should have a designated place where tourists should play around. T4T believes the King of England’s palace has a designated tourist places where ova sabi people like Peller can do all their drama and nothing will be deemed to have been desecrated.

We are too stiff and serious about just everything in Africa. Wetin sef?

Time For Baba Ijesha To Shut Up!

CONVICTED child molester, Nollywood actor, popularly known as Baba Ijesha had done his five year prison time and has been out for some couple of months now. His first play on his release was to use his friend and colleague, Yomi Fabiyi, to attempt to twist facts and manipulate public opinion that the felon was ‘discharged and acquitted’ of all his charges after his conviction was ‘overturned’. It nearly worked until the Lagos State government came out quickly to debunk that claim and even threatened the actor with fresh legal actions if he did not stop that campaign.

Baba Ijesha was not done. He waited patiently, planning(the public does not know if Fabiyi was involved in this new plot anyway) and like a shot in the dark, he blindsided everybody with a shocking interview he granted fellow actor Biola Adebayo who also runs a Podcast show. Baba Ijesha tried, once again to plead his innocence claiming he was “set up” by female stand up comedian, Princess.

Well, the ‘set up’ Baba Ijesha referred to was the sting CCTV video where the world saw the actor begging the minor for sex, while shaking like a jelly fish. Agbaya! This was the same minor who had confided in Princess that the actor some years ago had sexually molested her, so, Princess had to invite Baba Ijesha to her home where the minor was then living to catch the child molester in the act and to confirm the allegation of the little girl. T4T will not dwell on that embarrassing CCTV footage, but that was what nailed Baba Ijesha in court.

This was what a social media user, Marufah Motunrayo Muhammed said to Baba Ijesha: “There are some things you don’t defend. There are some acts you don’t explain away. And there are some lines you don’t cross as a human being. To those still supporting Baba Ijesha, let me ask you one simple question, if that child was your daughter, would you still be this calm? Would you still be making excuses? Would you still be typing “it was a setup” with your full chest? This is not about fame.

This is not about loyalty. This is about a child. You came out from a correctional centre, and instead of choosing silence, reflection, and rebuilding your life, you chose the spotlight again. Interviews. Explanations. Narratives. You went on Talk To B Show to say what exactly? To convince who? That we didn’t see what we saw? Because we did. We saw the videos. We saw the innocence that was taken advantage of.

We saw actions that can never be normalized, no matter how you try to package it. That image alone is enough to break any sane person. And now you call it a setup? Let’s be honest with ourselves, no one gets “set up” into that kind of act. That behaviour doesn’t appear overnight. It comes from somewhere. It is a pattern, not a coincidence…”

And this is what T4T has to say to Baba Ijesha: It is time for you to shut up! If you are so convinced you are innocent, ask your lawyer to file a wrongful conviction case and let’s see what comes out. If your conviction is overturned, you will certainly make millions from the Lagos state government, till then, just keep quiet and stop embarrassing yourself, and maybe you should go get a wife too, because it is weird that a sexually active middle aged man like you has been reported not to have a wife; not that having a wife is compulsory, but since you like women like dis, maybe you need a wife, at home.
